Mom made this pie on 3.28.08 after her co-worker gave us the recipe because she knows that I love pumpkin things. She got this recipe from Epicurious.com. It was really good, but I really couldn't tell that there was mascarpone cheese in it (it just tasted like a regular pumpkin pie).
